Our onboard retail teams work across roles such as Sales Associates, Product Sales Specialists and Retail Management, supporting Harding+’s cruise operations. Shipboard roles are employed via Harding Brothers Guernsey.

OUR PEOPLE BRING EXCELLENCE
We recruit year-round and are always eager to hear from new talent. The application process is simple: visit our vacancies page to search for roles and submit your application. You’ll then be asked and sent a link to complete a short online assessment questionnaire. Once this is complete, we aim to provide feedback within five working days and, depending on your location, you may be referred to a local recruitment partner.
The process may include video screenings, interviews and group assessments. Successful applicants will be employed by Harding Brothers (Guernsey) Limited, with our onboarding team supporting you through your preparation.
